Dens invaginatus is a developmental anomaly that results in an invagination of the enamel organ into dental papilla prior to calcification tissues. Apical fenestration defined as defect which apices perforate mucosa and are exposed oral cavity. These anomalies require multidisciplinary management order give better prognosis patient, since it acts retentive area biofilm, affecting deteriorating pulp per radicular health.
